Austin American Statesman Shows Track Layout

by Tilke Engineering (via The Austin American Statesman)

The Austin American Statesman met today with Tavo Hellmund of Full Throttle Productions L.P. and discussed the track layout for the new Grand Prix in Austin!

The track layout looks really good, we are very pleased with it and proud that we are going to see some difficult turns in the race, making our track unique and fun for the drivers.

Please check out the article by our buddies over at the Austin American Statesman for more information about the meeting and their discussion with Tavo.

PLEASE RECONSIDER T12 through T16. They had a layout like that at Indy and it was pointless. Why bring the cars all the way down to first gear to crawl through a section like that.
